A short while ago, Ian Morris and Dean Hearne in an effort with 4 Down Distribution ran the Hastings Half Marathon and hoped to raise some cash for the Athlete Recovery Fund.
The Hastings half marathon, located on the South Coast of England, is recognized as one of the country's most grueling, with the first 5 miles being an uphill climb! In the end, 10 years the senior, Ian came in first in 2 Hours flat, where as I finished in 2 Hours 6 minutes, that is a whole 6 minutes, or 500 people if you are counting numbers!
